Boys -vs- Stoughton

This was a lacrosse game that must have pleased the Creator. Each team compelled the other to play hard and walked away from the competition with respect for each other.
Although the Lancers came up on the short end of a 9-5 score, they pushed through extraordinary heat to the final whistle.
Boys vs Bellingham
(Norton-13, Bellingham -12) in Overtime

The Lancers were in control of this game for thee quarters with a 12-6 lead going into the fourth. Bellingham got momentum and held onto it to tie the game in the final minutes of regulation. The four minutes of the first overtime were almost complete when Dean Santangelo was able to get a contested ground ball, which eventually made it to Colin Cochrane who found net for the sudden victory goal.
Boys vs Taunton
(Norton-14, Taunton-2)

After a week of no games on the schedule then a couple of rain outs, it took us a couple of games to get back into a rhythm. Taunton allowed several players to find a good beat.
Rylie Coffey was the able to find his teammates for assists 4 times and find the net himself 4 times. Josh Fuller added 4 goals and one assist. Joe Weber contributed 3 goals and an assist along with 17 ground balls.
We also saw contributions from Dougie Darymple with a goal and Ethan Bookoff with four saves allowing only one goal as he took over the net in the second half.
