- All Booster’s Meeting: October, 2017
- Possibly create one single athletic boosters club.
- One member from LAX assoc. would be on main board.
- Both boys and girls will be full TVL participants. Some scheduled games have been posted on MIAA.
- Varsity and JV schedule – need to justify numbers first
- Fund Raising:
- Cookies through Adrenaline Fundraising. During winter league
- Player Program: Send out letter to businesses
- Canning – April - Roche Bros and Stop & Shop
- Car Wash – May/June
- Chipotle or Home Plate: Kick off meal for players at Home Plate
- Winter League : Sunday nights
- Uniform Packages – Nike Captains decide on the package.
- Captains' Practices before the season.
- Spaghetti Supper: Mid-season after practice
- Need more parent involvement
